Refund Policy

At TheHopeForKids, we are deeply grateful for your generosity and support. Because donations are used immediately to support our mission of helping underprivileged children worldwide, we generally cannot offer refunds. However, we understand mistakes can happen, and we have outlined our policy below.

1. Donations

  • All donations made to TheHopeForKids are considered final and non-refundable.

  • If you believe you made an error in your donation amount or submitted it unintentionally, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and, if appropriate, issue a refund.

2. Event Registrations and Program Fees

  • Refunds for event registrations or program participation fees may be available if requested at least a week before the event or program start date.

  • After that date, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Recurring Donations

  • If you are enrolled in a recurring donation program, you may cancel or adjust your donation at any time by contacting us.

  • Refunds for payments already processed are not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to address concerns fairly.

4. Processing Refunds​

  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
